Do you do custom prints? If so how do i get it started?
Yes we can do custom prints. We would love to bring your vision to life! Please email us at bmvoghell@gmail.com or fill out the form at the bottom of this page. Let us make your 3D model dreams come true.
What is the typical project timeline?
For smaller prints, usually processing time is 1-2 days and ships right after completion. For Larger prints they usually take between 2-4 days depending on the detail and the complexity of the model. If the print is taking longer due to quality issues we will for sure reach out and let the customer know. To us Customer Service comes first and we strive to also put Customer Service first!
Can you accommodate bulk orders? If so how long do those usually take?
YES! we can defiantly do bulk orders, and encourage it to save you money. Processing time depends how many items are in the order. We aim to get everything printed and ready to ship within 3-5days, sooner depending on the quantity of the order. You can always reach out to us and ask questions or check in on a current order.
